How your move works

Appoint a contact person
To avoid confusion, one or two people (husband, wife, or both) should give instructions to the supervisor — not the movers directly.

Packing & Loading
Our team follows a structured process: items are brought out as needed, and proven packing methods are used for furniture, mirrors, portraits, and delicate items.

Valuables & Special Items
Jewelry, liquor, firearms, and purses should be packed safely or kept with you. Liquor must be in sealed boxes if we’re transporting it.

Furniture Placement
Please indicate which furniture should move and where it should go in your new home. We’ll note any existing scratches as a precaution.

Pets & Plants
Keep pets enclosed during the move - it’s safer for them. We do move potplants on special request.

Friends & Family
We appreciated cooperation at the new home. To ensure efficiency and safety, only the contact person should guide placement.

Inspection & Payments
You are invited to inspect the truck to confirm all items are offloaded. Payment can be made by EFT or cash, ready at the end of the move.

Optional Tips
Tips are optional — please give to the supervisor for fair distribution. We support the Down’s Syndrome Association of Western Cape; donations are welcome.
